Cancellations & Rescheduling
Appointment confirmations will be sent out 72 hours prior to your appointment. Click the link in this text to confirm your appointment. I currently have a 48 hour cancellation policy. If an appointment must be canceled within the 48 hours prior to your appointment, a $50 rebooking fee will be required before booking your next appointment.
New guests who no-show will not have the option to reschedule.

*As snowy weather approaches, please keep in mind my 48 hour cancellation policy still stands unless there is a publicized road closure.
I pride myself in running on time. In the event you are more than 10 minutes late, you WILL need to reschedule and will be charged the $50 rebooking fee.
New guests who no show will not have the opportunity to reschedule.
Current guests who no show will be responsible for 100% of the appointment before rebooking the first time an appointment is no showed. Once a second appointment is no showed, you will not be able to rebook another appointment.
If you are unhappy with and service, please feel free to contact me within
7 days and I will be happy to redo the original service to the best of my ability. I currently do not offer any refunds for services performed.
(Example: If you went blonde and feel like blonde isn't for you, changing back to brunette is not a redo, it is a full price service.)
If you are unhappy with any product, if returned within 7 days, you can exchange it for a new product. I currently do not offer refunds on any products.
If you or someone in your household is sick, please reschedule your appointment. Cancellation policy still applies within 48 hours.
If you show up to you appointment sick, I will reschedule you you will be charged a $50 rebooking fee.
I have a strict no children policy in the salon.
Please be sure to arrange child care for your appointment.
